James grew up in New Zealand, before moving to the UK in 1996. He has spent the last 20 years working in the Information Technology sector in multiple geographies including Europe, the Asia Pacific region, and Australia. Before establishing Enable, James led the Business Process Outsourcing group at IBM, across Australia and New Zealand.
James has been involved with and assisted a number of Indigenous organisations, both philanthropic and private sector, for the last decade. James is a co-founder and Director of the GO Foundation (www.gofoundation.org.au), along with Michael O’Loughlin and Adam Goodes.

Michael is a proud Kaurna, Narungga & Ngarrindjeri man from SA, and has actively participated in the development of multiple Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP’s). Michael is the Managing Director of ARA Indigenous Services, the 2017 Supply Nation Supplier of the Year, and one of the largest Indigenous cleaning and facilities businesses in the country. Michael is a Founder and Director of the GO Foundation, alongside Adam Goodes and James Gallichan. Aside from these areas of capability, Michael brings to the table an exceptional ability to foster and maintain positive relationships between stakeholder groups whose goals & objectives are not always aligned.

Andrew has over 20 years business and consulting expertise across the world as a senior procurement leader, most recently as Head of Procurement of Commonwealth Bank. He has led and delivered significant procurement transformations, building high performing Procurement teams with accountability for multi-billion dollar spend across all categories as well as governance, P2P systems & risk.

While at Commonwealth Bank Andrew served on the Internal/ External Indigenous Advisory Board which oversaw all aspects of the organisations Indigenous engagement. In addition he led the Group Procurement approach to increasing spend with Indigenous suppliers and was a supporter of Supply Nation through sponsorship and joint initiatives.
